Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the okayfun platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the okayfun service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the okayfun platform.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use okayfun. This requirement is strictly enforced through KYC identity verification. Accounts belonging to minors are immediately closed and all funds returned.
Each individual may hold only one okayfun account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account closure, forfeiture of bonuses, and possible withholding of winnings pending investigation.
All bonuses and free spins awarded by okayfun are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
The okayfun platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
All financial transactions on okayfun are conducted through approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawal processing times and minimum/maximum limits apply.
okayfun provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players showing signs of problem gambling may have additional restrictions applied to their accounts for their own protection.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account, logging into the Platform, or using any service offered by okayfun, you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okayfun with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
2.3 okayfun reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, okayfun will provide advance notice via registered email or in-platform notification.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the okayfun Platform. This minimum age requirement is mandated by applicable Philippine gaming regulations aligned with PAGCOR guidelines. okayfun enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification.
3.2 Residency. The okayfun Platform is operated for and directed at residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By registering, you represent that you are a Philippine resident or that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
3.3 Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and that you are not subject to any court order or other restriction that would prevent you from using real-money gaming services.
3.4 Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from okayfun or from any other licensed gaming platform, or who are on any applicable gaming exclusion register, are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
3.5 okayfun reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the okayfun Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances subject to investigation.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete.
4.3 okayfun will conduct KYC verification before permitting Real Money Play. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, Driver's License, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.4 okayfun reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
5.2 You agree to notify okayfun immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. okayfun cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.
5.3 okayfun will never contact you by phone, email, or chat to request your password or full OTP. Any communication purporting to be from okayfun and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.4 okayfun employs 256-bit SSL encryption, hashed password storage, and multi-factor authentication to protect Account security. However, you acknowledge that no electronic data transmission is completely secure and okayfun cannot guarantee absolute security.
6.1 All deposits to the okayfun Platform must be made through approved payment channels, currently including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. okayfun may add or remove payment channels at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of each transaction. These limits may differ by payment method and may be adjusted based on Account status.
6.3 okayfun does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on any bank account or e-wallet used for deposits must match the registered name on your okayfun Account. Deposits from unmatched sources may be returned and the Account subjected to review.
6.4 You represent that all funds deposited to okayfun are legally obtained and not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or money laundering activity. okayfun reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. okayfun may require withdrawals to be made to the Player's verified bank account or GCash wallet.
7.2 Before processing any withdrawal, okayfun may require full KYC completion, including identity verification and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution.
7.4 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal of funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any associated bonus amount.
7.5 okayfun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
8.1 okayfun may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions during wagering, and expiry period.
8.2 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the stated number of times before the bonus amount (and, in some cases, winnings derived from bonus play) can be transferred to the withdrawable Wallet balance.
8.3 okayfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will have their existing wagering requirements honored unless evidence of abuse is identified.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other Players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, Account suspension, and potential legal action.
8.5 Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per device. okayfun uses technical means to detect and prevent multiple claims of new-player promotions.
9.1 Each game available on okayfun is governed by game-specific rules published within the game interface or accessible through the Platform's help section. You agree to read and understand the rules of any game before participating with real money.
9.2 okayfun uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG outputs are independently audited to ensure fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
9.3 In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or communication failure during gameplay, okayfun reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to Players' Wallets. okayfun will not honor bets placed under error conditions that would result in winnings clearly disproportionate to the stated game rules.
9.4 Bets placed and accepted on the Platform are final and binding, subject to the provisions of Clause 9.3. okayfun will not reverse bets placed in error by the Player where no technical fault is attributable to the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okayfun Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
11.1 All content on the okayfun Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the proprietary property of okayfun or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any okayfun content without express prior written permission.
12.1 The okayfun Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, okayfun disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 okayfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to platform downtime, technical errors not attributable to okayfun, or third-party payment processing delays.
12.3 okayfun's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by okayfun's own negligence or willful misconduct.
13.1 okayfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and permanent or temporary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard.
13.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility and to seek assistance from appropriate support organizations. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the selected exclusion period.
13.3 okayfun staff are trained to identify potential signs of problem gambling and may proactively apply protective measures to Accounts where such signs are observed, including temporary deposit limits or Account suspension pending a welfare review.
13.4 The 21+ age requirement is enforced without exception. Any Account found to have been registered or used by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds returned to the payment source, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

14.1 You may request closure of your okayfun Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Wallet balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.2 okayfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is suspected; (c) required KYC documentation is not provided; or (d) the Player is found to be ineligible under Clause 3.
14.3 Where an Account is closed by okayfun due to a breach of these Terms, okayfun reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Wallet balance pending investigation. Any balance determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
15.1 okayfun reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — okayfun will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via registered email and/or prominent in-Platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.
15.2 For non-material amendments (e.g., corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter meaning), changes may be posted without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon posting. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
15.3 Your continued use of the okayfun Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under Clause 14.1.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to okayfun's internal dispute resolution process. Players should contact our support team with full details of the dispute to initiate this process.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through okayfun's internal process within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.4 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law, including rights under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) and related regulations.
